At Bramley we believe the team provide the soul of the restaurant
Ownership and LeadershipSam, who owns 1/2 of Bramley, manages the day to day operations at the restaurant. Sam has had a career spanning 25 years, working at the very top of the Hospitality industry, from busy city hotels to Uber Lux county house retreats. He has won numerous awards recognising his talents as a Chef, most notable a Michelin Star at the Bath Priory in the Uk, which he had retained for 5 years before leaving for and then falling in love with Ireland, where he has worked for the Last 8 years. Emily, who owns the other 1/2 of Bramley, looks after all visual aspects of Bramley, manages the Back office and the Restaurant Allotment which produces all of the flowers for the dinning room and some of the ingredient for the kitchen. Emily’s career of 15 years at the top end of hospitality industry includes roles in wellness/spa, events, guest services ad floristry. Notably Emily opened the "Potting Shed” Treatment rooms at Award Winning Hotel "THE PIG near Bath”. Later moving to work in events, guest services and most recently floristry. |
