Finely presented nose with intense deep aromas of passionfruit & minerals. Tropical fruits, lemon thyme & sage, hints of white flowers. Dry with a hint of salty minerality on the finish.

Golden colour with silvery glints, clear and bright. An exotic nose of white flowers, white fruit, In the mouth it’s very fresh & balanced, with citrus, white peach & a great minerality.

Olga’s favourite wine on the list, classic Gewurztraminer characteristics of rose petal and spice it is remarkably dry and fresh.

A fascinating Southern Italian white with a richer, almost waxy texture that’s known to be age worthy. It has peachy fruit flavours with hints of honey and spice. The freshness and balance of flavour helps make this wine refreshing and complex.

Medium gold, with an intoxicating nose of ripe stone fruit, vanilla cream with a hint of toast from 11 months in François Frères French Oak. Textured, rich and full bodied. This wine is unashamedly Californian with a discreet nod to Burgundy.

Nose of lush dark cherries & spiced plums with hints of dusty florals. Medium to full body, the palate offers succulent acidity, balanced tannins before juicy crème de cassis.

One of our team’s favourite wines, brimming with dark fruits and spice. The finish is long, & the alcohol is balanced, a wonderful wine to be enjoyed.

From a single plot of Merlot planted just outside Saint Emilion, this contemporary red wine is barrel fermented & matured in French oak for 16 months. Blackberry, plum, hazelnut, truffle & cedar oak contributes to its rich and nuanced bouquet. The flavour is well-balanced & smooth, with a lengthy gratifying finish
